I am a wife, a mom, a sister, friend and daughter. I grew up near Seattle, WA and now live near Denver, CO. I know what its like to experiences lots of transitions in life, I have personal and professional experience in loss and trauma. I have spent the last 8 years building my career as a therapist working with individuals of all ages. I have spent the last 4 years building skills in working with couples and working with individuals around relationship issues, getting out of toxic and abusive patterns and managing anxiety.

I believe that what ever is broken in relationship needs to be repaired in relationship and I work hard to make sure I am a safe space for all my clients.
